What is the minimum age required to drive/board?

The minimum age to drive a boat is 18, but anyone can enjoy the tour as a passenger, from children to seniors.

What if I have never driven a speedboat before?

Don’t worry! It’s not necessary to know how to drive a speedboat, we take care of teaching you so you can enjoy the tour in a safe way.

Can we switch drivers?

Of course! You can take turns so everyone can enjoy the adventure.

If I don’t want to share, can I drive my own speedboat?

Sure! Enjoy a complete adventure with an extra cost of only 25 DLS

How can we get to the starting point?

It’s very easy! Any public bus or cab from the Hotel Zone can take you to the marine or even for a greater comfort you can contract with us the transportation.

Do you have transportation?

Of course! We have a round trip transportation from anywhere you are in Cancun or the Riviera Maya with an extra cost.

Should we keep belongings in a locker?

Indeed. You have to keep all your valuable belongings and electronic devices in a locker, so you can enjoy our activities to the fullest.

Is all the snorkeling equipment included?

We take care of providing you all the necessary snorkeling equipment with no extra cost. The visor, the vest and the fins are returned with your guide and the snorkel tube, it’s all yours!

What does mi tour includes?

All our tours include the access and use of our facilities (bathrooms, showers, changing rooms, etc.) a bottle of water and a bilingual guide that will help you anytime you need to live a full and complete experience.

How long does this tours last?

Our tours have a maximum duration of 2 hours and a minimum of 45 minutes.

Are there any health restrictions?

For safety, we don’t recommend pregnant women, people with back problems, or under the influence of any substance to do the tour.s

Where can I keep my stuff?

We have lockers for rent so you can save your things without any worries. The cost is 3 DLS per locker.

At what time should I arrive?

For a complete experience, we recommend you to arrive 30 minutes early to any of our tours.

What do I have to bring?

We recommend you to bring towels, sunscreen, swimsuit, sunglasses and money or credit / debit card for any extra purchase.

What happens if my I.D. doesn’t match the name on my reservation?

Don’t worry, anyone can make the reservation. We only ask you to confirm the booking information when you submit it.
